Brad has been operating his own commercial spray business since 2009 and started custom harvesting shortly after that. After helping his dad manage the family business for 12 years and build up the agronomy department there, Brad moved down the road, quite literally, and started Bison Ag, where he loves the stress of farming and the joy of working with customers and sales reps alike. In his spare time, you can find him working or researching for work and recently added cattle into the mix.

Me, well, I'm just along for the ride and try to keep everyone in line. I do the bookwork, or try to anyway, I cook for the crew, and can fill in wherever I'm needed. On occasion, I haul some grain for the guys to the elevators around the area or run the grain cart. I'm never really sure what my days look like which is why you will sometimes come in the office and be greeted by a member of our "support staff". 

Trevor works seasonally for us as he also owns his own hay grinding business. Trevor is here because he really loves all things agriculture. He's great with mechanic work, he drives truck and is currently our other combine driver as well. If you need anything done or have a question, odds are he'll know how to help and if he doesn't, he'll find you an answer. 

Trevor has five grown children and a lovely wife, Erin.

 JB is taking on his fourth year with Bison Ag, serving as our go-to guy both in the field and on the road trucking. Ask him how things are going, and you’ll almost always hear, "I’m always good." And it’s true—he’s not only in a good mood but great at whatever he takes on.  Happy to have him back with us from South Africa while we can, he travels back to the homeland for the winter season to see his daughter, Emily.
